PT. Trust Finance Indonesia, Tbk (Company) formerly PT. Multifinance Kapitalindo, established by deed of notary Maria Kristiana Soeharyo, S.H., No. 44 of 12 February 1990. This establishment deed has been approved by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia by Decree No. C2-1394. HT.01.01.TH.90 dated 13 March 1990 and has been announced in the News Supplement Republic of Indonesia No. 39 the 15th May 1990. The Company's Articles of Association have underwent several changes, with Deed of Notary Robert Purba, S.H., No. 15 dated February 11, 2002 regarding changes Company name of PT KIA Asia Finance became PT Trust Finance Indonesia Tbk. This deed was approved by Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia with Decree No.C-03015.HT.01.04.TH.2002 dated 21 February 2002.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Articles of Association Company, scope of activity The company is running a business in the field of financing in the form provision of funds or capital goods including leasing, factoring, credit card financing and financing consumer. The company obtains a permit financing institution business from the Minister Finance of the Republic of Indonesia by Letter Decree No.159/KMK.06/2001 dated 3 April 2001 and has been updated with Decision Letter No. Kep 078/KM.6/2003 March 24, 2003 and obtained permission opening of the sharia unit of the Service Authority Finance No. KEP-256/NB223/2015 dated July 15, 2015.
