The Company operates a Whistleblowing System that has been established based on Company Regulation No.008/TFI-DIR/SOP/III/2017 dated March 30, 2017, as a form of implementing GCG principles, especially responsibility and fairness. The implementation of this Whistleblowing System is intended to ensure optimal performance and legal compliance of every TFI employee in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
Through the TFI Violation Reporting System, every individual in the corporate environment can submit complaints and/or reports regarding fraud and/or violations of company rules or the principles of good corporate governance, by sending their reports through one of the following channels :
